This is an independent living community designed for adults 60 years of age and older who wish to enjoy maintenance-free living while maintaining their independence. Residents must be able to live independently and are required to complete a physical examination and provide a physician’s statement confirming their ability to do so, as well as demonstrate the financial ability to afford the rent.

Rent includes gas, electric, and sewer utilities; lawn care with spring and winter clean-up; snow removal; garbage service three times per week; complimentary Wi-Fi; emergency maintenance; and access to community activities such as monthly birthday parties, outings, bingo, and crafts. Weekly shopping trips to Hy-Vee are also provided for residents’ convenience. Phone, cable, and satellite services are not included.

All units come equipped with a washer and dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, and stove/oven. This community is pet friendly, allowing up to two cats or dogs, with dogs restricted to 25 pounds or less. An application is required before a tour is granted.
